Came in on a Saturday for lunch with family. I ordered a BLT with chips and iced tea. My mother in law got chicken fried steak sandwich with fries and coke zero. My son got kids grilled cheese with fries and orange soda. I didn't like that they don't have diet coke or Pepsi, only coke zero. The grilled cheese was great with lotsa butter. Chicken fried steak sandwich woulda been better if toasted with butter. BLT was good, but lettuce was a little wilty. My son liked the chips and the fries are good too. All in all pretty good food at a good price, I'd come again. I wish they actually served breakfast! That'd probably be yummy.
Great people, great breakfast, great restaurant in a great town! We have been coming here for breakfast for years. This visit did not disappoint! We haven't been back in town since June and walked in sat right down and Garrett still remembered what we drank. Absolutely the best costumer service. The restaurant offers a variety of good home cooked food and it's all good. It is very homey and clean and we love it here.
Excellent service! We came in with a group of 9 on a Friday evening, and they were extremely accommodating and friendly. I love the homestyle, family atmosphere! The prices are extremely reasonable. It's not gourmet food, but quite good for the price. The clam chowder and chopped brisket sandwich were delicious! I'll definitely be back!
Lived in WP for 4 yrs and just now heard of this place. Service-5stars. Food-flavor was great with smoke flavor well infused. Brisket was melt in your mouth though getting a little dry as we showed up just prior to closing. Ribs were also tasty and average ant of meat on the bone. THE GARLIC CHEESE CURDS WERE AWESOME! Price-- really good.
